Torre Bassa and the Collecchio Castle

A short itinerary suitable for everyone among fields, olive groves and woods in the central part of the Uccellina hills. Torre Bassa, ruined and majestic, tells of distant times when the wonderful and inhospitable Maremma coasts were the object of raids of pirates. The last part of the itinerary passes by enclosures of Maremma cattle that live in the wild in the beautiful nature of Collecchio.
