Il sentiero prosegue sulla cresta, in una macchia bassa mista e gariga, con vedute sia sul mare sia sull\\u2019entroterra, fino al secondo punto panoramico di Punta del Corvo.&nbsp;<\\\/p>\\r\\n<p>Da qui in realt\\u00e0 il panorama \\u00e8 quasi continuo, perch\\u00e9 si comincia scendere lentamente lungo costa, su un comodo sentiero che corre alto sul mare, in un alternarsi di gariga bassa e tratti di macchia di leccio pi\\u00f9 alta. Lo sguardo spazia sul Tirreno, sull\\u2019Argentario, l\\u2019isola del Giglio e l\\u2019Elba, e quando il cielo \\u00e8 limpido anche su Montecristo e sulla lontana Corsica. L\\u2019unica compagnia visibile \\u00e8 quella dei gabbiani che pattugliano la costa.<\\\/p>\\r\\n<p>Si continua a scendere, e da Poggio Tondo il sentiero si immerge in un bosco di lecci d\\u2019alto fusto, per un\\u2019ultima discesa un po\\u2019 pi\\u00f9 ripida verso il Fosso della Campana e la Torre delle Cannelle (propriet\\u00e0 privata, non visitabile). L\\u2019arrivo al mare \\u00e8 su un antico approdo, forse degli etruschi. Sullo scoglio piatto che si protende nel mare, il cui livello era all\\u2019epoca pi\\u00f9 basso, si trovano ancora tracce dell\\u2019attivit\\u00e0 di un forno per la fusione dei minerali ferrosi portati qui dall\\u2019isola d\\u2019Elba.<\\\/p>\\r\\n<p>Si riparte per una salita dentro una bella lecceta d\\u2019alto fusto, ripida ma non lunga, fino all\\u2019Apparita, uno slargo sommitale dove la vista spazia questa volta verso l\\u2019interno, fino al monte Amiata. Da qui, praticamente in piano, si torna verso sud su un piacevolissimo sentiero che attraversa prima una macchia alta e poi una pi\\u00f9 bassa, con scorci che si aprono ora verso l\\u2019interno, ora verso il mare. Si passa per un ultimo punto panoramico sulla cima della cresta, con tanto di piccola altana di legno da dove si vede un buon terzo della costa della Toscana, da Ansedonia al promontorio di Piombino, poi gi\\u00f9 su un bel sentiero affacciato sulla piana che precede Talamone, e si torna alle Cisterne romane.<\\\/p>\\r\\n<p>Non ci si deve stupire se lungo questo itinerario si incontrano tratti di bosco tagliato. Si tratta di prelievi di legna da ardere sostenibili e autorizzati dal Parco. From here you can enjoy a first magnificent panorama of the rocky coast of the Park, from the Torre di Capo d'Uomo, to the gates of Talamone, upwards. The path continues on the ridge, in a low mixed scrub and garrigue, with views of both the sea and the hinterland, up to the second panoramic point of Punta del Corvo.<\\\/p>\\r\\n<p>From here, in reality, the panorama is almost continuous, because you begin to slowly descend along the coast, on an easy path that runs high above the sea, in an alternation of low garrigue and stretches of higher holm oak scrub. The only visible company is that of the seagulls patrolling the coast.<\\\/p>\\r\\n<p>We continue to descend, and from Poggio Tondo the path immerses itself in a forest of tall holm oaks, for a final, slightly steeper descent towards the Fosso della Campana and the Torre delle Cannelle. The arrival at the sea is on an ancient landing place, perhaps of the Etruscans. On the flat rock that juts out into the sea, whose level was lower at the time, there are still traces of the activity of a furnace for melting the ferrous minerals brought here from the island of Elba. A few more tens of metres, and you reach the small Cannelle beach. Here, on this strip of sand flattened into the sea, protected by the Uccellina mountains, we can even forget for a few hours everything we left behind.<\\\/p>\\r\\n<p>We set off again for a climb into a beautiful tall holm oak forest, steep but not long, up to Apparita, a clearing at the top where the view this time extends inwards, up to Mount Amiata. pre-booked itinerary.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><br><\/p><p>You climb from the ruins of two large Roman cisterns through a high patch of holm oaks, along an ancient customs route, until you reach the Semaforo, an old military lookout point. From here you can enjoy a first magnificent panorama of the rocky coast of the Park, from the Torre di Capo d'Uomo, to the gates of Talamone, upwards. The path continues on the ridge, in a low mixed scrub and garrigue, with views of both the sea and the hinterland, up to the second panoramic point of Punta del Corvo.<\/p>\r\n<p>From here, in reality, the panorama is almost continuous, because you begin to slowly descend along the coast, on an easy path that runs high above the sea, in an alternation of low garrigue and stretches of higher holm oak scrub. The view extends over the Tyrrhenian Sea, the Argentario, the island of Giglio and Elba, and when the sky is clear even over Montecristo and distant Corsica. The only visible company is that of the seagulls patrolling the coast.<\/p>\r\n<p>We continue to descend, and from Poggio Tondo the path immerses itself in a forest of tall holm oaks, for a final, slightly steeper descent towards the Fosso della Campana and the Torre delle Cannelle. The arrival at the sea is on an ancient landing place, perhaps of the Etruscans. On the flat rock that juts out into the sea, whose level was lower at the time, there are still traces of the activity of a furnace for melting the ferrous minerals brought here from the island of Elba. A few more tens of metres, and you reach the small Cannelle beach. Here, on this strip of sand flattened into the sea, protected by the Uccellina mountains, we can even forget for a few hours everything we left behind.<\/p>\r\n<p>We set off again for a climb into a beautiful tall holm oak forest, steep but not long, up to Apparita, a clearing at the top where the view this time extends inwards, up to Mount Amiata. From here, practically on level ground, you return southwards on a very pleasant path that crosses first a high bush and then a lower one, with views that open up now towards the interior, now towards the sea. You pass through a final panoramic point on the top of the ridge, complete with a small wooden roof terrace from where you can see a good third of the Tuscan coast, from Ansedonia to the Piombino promontory, then down on a beautiful path overlooking the plain preceding Talamone , and we return to the Roman Cisterns.<\/p><p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">It can only be reached with guided tours and by reservation<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
